General Queries

Q: Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
A: Yes, COD is available for orders above INR 2000 on all serviceable pincodes*.

Q: How will I know if my order is placed?
A: You will receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp once your order is placed. Additionally, you will be notified via SMS once your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

Q: What happens if my shipment does not get delivered on time?
A: If your order does not arrive within 7-10 working days, please contact us at support@littlesmart.in or call us at +91 91471-74060. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Q: Do you ship outside India?
A: Currently, we only ship within India. We are working on expanding our shipping options in the near future.

Ordering & Payment

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Browse our collection, select the items you want, choose the appropriate sizes and quantities, and click “Add to Cart.” Once you’re ready to check out, click on the cart icon and follow the prompts to complete your purchase.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, and popular digital wallets such as Paytm, Google Pay, and PhonePe.

Q: Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on your website?
A: Absolutely! We use secure payment gateways and SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information. In-fact, we are verified by RazorPay to collect payments.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days and shipped via our trusted courier partners. Delivery usually takes 4-7 business days depending on your location. This is the max, we will try to ship in 1 business day. 

Q: Are there any shipping charges on delivery?
A: We offer free shipping on orders above Rs. 1000. For orders below Rs. 1000, a standard shipping fee of Rs. 120 will be applied.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the courier’s website.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 7 days of purchase only if the product is damaged or if there is a sizing issue. The items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page for detailed instructions.

Q: How do I initiate a return or exchange?
A: Contact our customer support at support@littlesmart.in with your order number and reason for return/exchange. We will guide you through the process. We are working on making this a seamless process.

Q: Are there any additional charges for returns/exchanges?
A: We levy a charge of INR 100 for any return orders as a reverse shipment fee at the time of refund. For all COD orders, you will be getting back cash credits.

Q: How long does it take to process a return?
A: Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them and process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.

Q: How do I choose the right size for my child?
A: Please refer to our Size Guide available on each product page. If you need further assistance, feel free to contact our support team.

Q: What materials are your clothes made from?
A: We prioritize comfort and quality. Most of our clothes are made from high-quality cotton, organic fabrics, and other child-friendly materials. Specific material details can be found on each product page.

Q: Are your clothes machine washable?
A: Yes, our clothes are designed to be durable and easy to care for. Please follow the washing instructions provided on the garment label for best results.

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping services?
A: Yes, we offer gift wrapping services at checkout for a additional fee of Rs. 50/-. Choose this option if you’d like your order to be beautifully wrapped & shipped to your relatives.

Q: Can I purchase a gift card?
A: Yes, we offer gift cards in various denominations. They can be purchased directly from our website and are delivered electronically.
